As of June 1, 2026, the application process for the $7,208.00 EFS (Learns Act Scholarships) is closed. The application process may be reopened for families with special circumstances. This includes families that are new to the state, new foster care placements, moving on military or law enforcement orders, or moving from a part of the state without a participating school to a part of the state with a participating school. Reopening the application for these families is contingent on participation numbers and available funding.
